The establishment of seminary for training Christian ministers and lay persons was begun by the board of directors of Pacific International University and a group of ministers. The vision started in the spring of 2001, which became reality in Fall 2002. |

To develop kingdom leader with Christian soldier mentality; to transform into the image of Christ with the experience of personal growth; to apply biblical knowledge in ministry settings with the mark of spiritual maturity, and to carry out Christ’s mission. |
| Objective: |
Provide educational opportunities to prepare men & women who are called for Christian vocation, leadership and ministry.
Recruit students from the general Christian population with primary focus on Chinese-American and other ethnic minority groups.
Serve as a leadership development and resource center for churches and the Christian community at large.
Serve as Christian influence in the greater Los Angeles area and beyond through educational, culture and spiritual activities. |

Pacific International Theological Seminary has registered by the state & federal revenues service 501c3 as non-profit organization.
The seminary has been approved by BPPVE as a religious exemption institution. The school is also a member with Association of Christian Colleges & Theological Schools (ACCTS) and is seeking affiliate status with Association for Biblical Higher Education (ABHE). |
